Composition can be changed by the Conseil Magistral according to number of members in the respective geographic areas.

A. Base Bailliage - 5 representatives:
France ( including 1 Vice Argentier / Bailli de Paris)
B. Bailliages with more than 2000 members and 3 representatives:
Germany, Switzerland & United States of America
C. Bailliages with more than 1000 members and 2 representatives:
Finland
D. Bailliages with more than 75 members and 1 representative:
Abu Dhabi, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Dubai, Dutch Antilles, Egypt, Great Britain, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Peoples Republic of China, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey & Venezuela
E. Chaîne Personalities - Maximum of 10 members

Composition and total number of members of this Conseil to be approved annually by the General Assembly, according to total number of members in the respective Bailliages, based on the January 31st count.

A. All members of the Conseil d'Administration

B. 1 Representative from each Bailliage, which has fully paid their international dues for the previous year

C. Additional representatives from Bailliages, with fully paid dues for the previous year, according to the number of members

Key: 1 additional representative per 500 members
Example:
Bailliage with 543 fully paid memberships will have 2 representatives
Bailliage with 1654 fully paid memberships will have 4 representatives

- All representatives are annually elected by their respective Bailliage
- Number of representatives per Bailliage is established by the President's office according to the memberships paid on December 31st

D. Other Chaîne members can participate as non voting observers
